Sessions are designed to be a different mental outlet. They provide undivided attention to you as a whole person.Our time together is focused on further understanding you on a deeper level, rather than focusing on behavior categorization or techniques to fix them. This isn't therapy in that regard.Sessions are adaptive to be what you need them to be in your personal context: like verbalizing thoughts in your mind, considering other options for a problem, leveraging perspective on a manipulative situation, mentally processing life as it happens, or just gaining more mental clarity for moving forward...

How are Sessions Different?

Sessions are different for a few reasons:• They don't focus on categorizing behavior.
• They don't aim to treat or fix behavior with techniques.
• They don't give advice generally (unless asked for, given permission, or absolutely necessary).• They do focus on gaining more mental clarity
• They do aim to personally understand you further
• They do give undivided attention to you & adapt to your needs in our sessions together

Who are Sessions for?

Sessions are open to those looking for a different mental outlet. Each client will have their own reasons for meeting & every person's situation is different.Client eligibility is limited to applicants 18 years or older with fluency in English. Learn more about becoming a client

How Long Are Sessions?

Sessions lengths are available in 45, 60, or 75 minutes

Is this Therapy?

This is a consulting service. This is not a licensed mental health service, nor does it align with the methodology thereof. Payments for sessions are made out of pocket.

How do Payments Work?

After we've discussed the best day/time/length for your future session, a link will be provided to confirm & reserve the session time slot via payment. Secure payments are processed by Square.

What is Your Backstory?

The backstory entails a degree in psychology, a minor in counseling, hands on research experience & many hours giving an ear in personal relationships without reciprocation back. The formal career path in psychology / counseling was not pursued further due to personal conviction & observation. Thereafter, working in tech was not my first choice, nor my initial interest. Gained personal wisdom thus far has not come from formal education, but rather seeking it for its own sake & on its own terms...

To begin the process of becoming a new client, send a "New Client Request" using the form below. ↓

2) Review & Sign Client Agreement

An email will be sent with a link to review & sign the client service agreement.

3) Reserve Free Intro Session

An email will be sent to confirm the best time to meet for the free intro session & will include the session room link to join.

4) Meet in Session Room

At the scheduled time, use the session room link. This session will be 15 minutes or less & provides a brief introduction to each other over video.

Audio Call via Session Room (Locked for Privacy). You can use your preferred device + supported browser. There is no requirement for downloading software or logging in.

An email will be sent to discuss & schedule your session request. A link to reserve your session via secure payment will be provided.

3) Reserve Session Time Slot

Make a secure payment to reserve your session slot. Once confirmed, the session room link will be provided by email.

4) Meet in Session Room

At the time of scheduled session, visit the provided session room link to join.
